HOUSE BILL NO. 121 "An Act relating to occupational safety and                                                                  
health enforcement penalties; and providing for an effective date" was

Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
